Messages allow property staff to send one-way messages to Residents, either to all residents or to specific Unit Groups.

  1. Select “Messages” in the navigation bar

  2. Once on the Messages screen, select “Add Message”

  3. Add Message Title and Message Description. Only the Title is required.

  4. If you’re trying to send this to specific residents, select the Unit Group(s) you want to send a message to.

  5. Select “Post Message” - this will make the message available to Residents

  6. To Edit or Remove a Message, click on the message title from the list view and edit/save content or select “Remove Message”
