Entering time slots details

  1. Choose whether you want to create a recurrent or one-time-use time slot.

    1. If you wish to create a recurrent time slot, click into the empty box labeled Recurrent.

Use the End Date field to select the desired end date from the dropdown calendar.

Use the Select Days option to indicate which days of the week this time slot is available. This feature will automatically assume the time slot’s weekly availability. Clicking on a specific day of the week icon will deselect it and remove that day from the time slot’s general availability.

    1. If you wish to create a one-time-use time slot, ignore the option to select Recurrent

Note: The form will automatically assume the time slot is for one-time use and will lock the End Date option.

  1. Click into Start Time and End Time to reveal the dropdown menu and select the appropriate information for the time slot.

  2. Use the Payment Type dropdown menu to add a required pay option for reserving the time slot.

    1. If reserving the amenity does not require a charge, select the Free option.

    2. If residents must pay to reserve the amenity, click the Paid option and enter the amenity's reservation price in the Price text field.

    3. If residents must put down a refundable deposit to reserve the amenity, click Refundable Deposit and enter the request deposit amount in the Price text field.

  3. Click the empty box next to Allow Multiple Bookings if the time slot is suitable for multiple reservations. Once selected, a checkmark will appear in the box and the Maximum Booking Allowed text box will unlock.

Use the Maximum Booking Allowed field to specify the maximum number of reservations this time slot can offer.

  1. Click the Save button to add the time slot to the time slot page.

Note: If you no longer wish to add the time slot, click the Cancel button to clear the form field.
