When you make it a request, the instructions pass through a variety of services on their way to your light, lock, thermostat, or other devices. Naturally, that communication can be occasionally affected by several factors, including network traffic, weather, mobile traffic, etc.


While many of the factors that interrupt device connection are out of our control, our team is continually evaluating response times and looking for new ways to optimize performance and provide you with the best experience possible.
