If you live in a community with a LittleBird Video Intercom entry access system, you can use a numeric gate code to unlock the gate.
Unlocking a Gate with a Gate Code
To unlock a gate using your unique code, simply type your 5-digit PIN code into the Video Intercom using the keypad or, if applicable, the intercom’s touchscreen. If the code is valid, you’ll see a confirmation message on the Video Intercom screen, and the gate will unlock, allowing you to enter the community. However, if the code is invalid, you’ll receive an error message on the Video Intercom screen, and the gate will remain locked.
Finding Your Unique Gate Code
If you haven’t yet memorized your gate code, you can easily retrieve it from the LittleBird Mobile App:
Log into the LittleBird app
Tap Access (lock icon) in the navigation bar at the bottom of the page
Your unique Access Code will be displayed in the top right-hand corner of the page
