If you live in a property with LittleBird Smart Community features, you can view and reserve your community’s amenities within your LittleBird Mobile App.
Viewing Your Communities Amenities
Log into the LittleBird Mobile App
Tap Community (building icon) at the bottom of the page
Tap Amenities (diamond icon) button
Tap on any of the amenities to learn more about it
Tap the Close (X) button in the top right corner to back out of the page
Reserving a Community Amenity
Some of your community’s amenities may require a reservation. You can easily reserve these amenities through your LittleBird mobile app.
Log into the LittleBird Mobile App
Tap Community (building icon) at the bottom of the page
Tap Amenities (diamond icon) button
Tap the amenity you wish to reserve
Review the amenity’s fees (if applicable), Terms of Use, Refund Policy (if applicable) and Cancelation Policy
Tap the I Accept the Cancelation Terms checkbox
Tap Reserve Now (this button will not be available until you’ve checked the I Accept the Cancelation Terms checkbox)
Use the calendar at the top of the page to select desired date
Check the boxes of the timeslots you wish to reserve for the amenity
Tap Confirm and Continue
If the amenity requires a fee, your previously entered payment method will be selected for payment
If you wish to change the payment method, tap on the current payment option and select the new payment type
If you have no entered a payment method previously, tap Add Payment Method and add your credit card details
Review the details of your reservation and tap Complete Reservation (or Pay Now & Complete Reservation)
You’ll receive an email confirming your reservation
Canceling an Amenity Reservation
Log into the LittleBird Mobile App
Tap Community (building icon) at the bottom of the page
Tap Amenities (diamond icon) button
Tap My Reservations at the top of the page
Tap the reservation you wish to cancel
Tap Cancel Reservation
Tap Yes, Cancel
You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation
