Amenities appear in the Community section of the Resident app. It’s a great way to let Residents know what the property has available. This feature will appear in the mobile app if there is content here.



  1. Under the Property navigation, select the “Amenities”

  2. Select “Add Amenity”

  3. Add an Amenity Name and Description. Only a name is required.

  4. Select “Save” to add the amenity

  5. Once an amenity is added, you can view the Description by clicking the row and Edit or Remove the amenity through the `...` menu
