Add a Unit

When you log in to the Property Management portal, the first page you’ll see is the Unit list. This can be navigated to any time by selecting “Units” in the navigation.
On this screen, click the blue “Add Unit” button.
This will pull up the Unit Details form. Enter the Unit # and any associated Unit Groups or a Floor Plan. The “DMP Panel ID” field is only used by LittleBird staff, or when working on a customer support ticket with LittleBird staff.
Click “Save Unit” to create the unit. Only the Unit Number is required to create a unit. You can add Unit Groups and a Floor Plan later.
You’re now back on the Unit List. To view the Unit you just created, find or search for it in the list and click on the Unit name.
