If your property uses Smart Community features, you can easily monitor cameras, download archived videos, and manage camera notifications through the LittleBird web portal.

Locate the Community Views Page

  1. Log into the LittleBird web portal on your desktop device. 
  2. Browse to the Smart Community (building) icon in the navigation column
  3. Click the Expand (v) icon to reveal the Community Views item in the dropdown menu.
  4. Click the Cameras item from the dropdown menu to navigate to view property cameras or click Notifications to view recent updates. 

Download Archived Videos

  1. If you have enabled Archived Video, it will automatically appear in the navigation column under Community Views.

  2. Click Archived Video to open the form Download Archived Video. 

  3. In the text box called Video Start Date, insert the date of the video you wish to download.

  4. In the text box called Duration of Video, indicate the length of the video you wish to download.

  5. Click Submit. A download request status will appear with the notification Download Request Pending. When the download is complete, the download request status will say Download Ready. 

  6. Click the completed status to finish downloading the archived video. 

Note: If you no longer wish to make changes, simply click Cancel.

Manage Notifications

  1. Open the navigation bar and select Notifications from the Community Views menu. Here you can add a person to receive notifications about cameras by inputting their email and phone number into the available text boxes. 

  2. When you are finished entering the appropriate information, click Add Person to submit.

You’ll know your person has been added when their contact information appears on the same page beneath the form.


Note: If you wish to remove individuals from the Notifications list, click the red Remove button to the right of their information.
