How to Manage Resident App Features

If you need to change which features are available to your residents in their LittleBird mobile app, you can quickly use the LittleBird web portal to make your desired changes. 


Locate the resident features page

  1. Log into the LittleBird web portal on your desktop device. 

  2. Browse to the Settings (gear) icon in the navigation column

  3. Click the Expand (v) icon to reveal the Resident Features item within the dropdown menu.

  4. Click on Resident Features to reveal the Resident Features toggle screen. Here you will find each of the sections available to residents within their LittleBird mobile app and can manage their status using toggle icons. 

This section determines what features your residents can access within their mobile app. In an effort to maintain your residents’ positive experience, we do not recommend this setting be adjusted regularly.


Enable or disable resident features 

If you would like to enable or disable a feature in your residents' mobile app, click the toggle On/Off buttons that appear next to each listed feature. 

To save your changes and implement them for all property residents, click the Save Settings button


Adjust resident guest access duration 

In the Resident Features page you can also select the amount of time that a resident’s guest has access to the property.

Using the Maximum Scheduled Guest Schedule Duration textbox, include the maximum number of days a resident's guest can have access to the property.

To save your changes and implement them for all property residents, click the Save Settings button.
