The LittleBird web portal allows you to add or remove property guests as needed in order to keep your community as safe as possible. 


Locate the property settings page

  1. Log into the LittleBird web portal on your desktop device. 

  2. Browse to the Smart Access (keypad) icon in the navigation column.

  3.  Click the Expand (v) icon to reveal the Property Guests item within the dropdown menu.

  4. Click the Property Guests item to reveal the list of all current property guests.


Add a property guest

  1. Click the Add Property Guest button to open the property guest form field. You’ll see the form is divided into the Guest InformationAccess Profiles, and Schedule sections.

  2. In the Guest Information section, enter the First NameLast Name, and Email Address of the property guest into the appropriate text boxes. Each of these text boxes must be filled in order to submit the form. If you’d like, you can also use the Phone text box to include a phone number for the guest.

  3. Under the Access Profiles section, click the option box next to the appropriate access profile you desire for your property guest. 

  4. In the Schedule section, select whether you’d like your guest to be granted Full Time or Scheduled Access.

    1. If you select Scheduled Access, you’ll unlock the Start DateEnd DateRepeatStart Time, and End Time options.

Use the Start Date and End Date calendar options to select a date range for when this guest is allowed to access the property. 

Under the Repeat option, click the icons that represent which days of the week this guest will have repeated access. 

Use the Start Time and End Time options to place time restrictions on when this guest will have property access.

  1. Click the Save Property Guest button to add your guest to your current list of property guests. 

Note: If you do not wish to save, simply click Cancel.


Edit or Remove a property guest

  1. While still logged into your LittleBird web portal, locate the Property Guests item within the Property dropdown menu and click to reveal the list of all current property guests.

  2. Locate the guest you wish to edit or remove and click the More Options (...) button within their information panel.

    1. To edit, click the Edit (pencil) icon. This will open the property guest form field and allow you to make alterations to the guest’s credentials. 

Click the Save Property Guest button to save any changes you have made. 

Note: If you no longer wish to make changes, simply click Cancel.

    1. To remove, click the Remove (trash can) icon then click the Yes button to immediately remove the property guest. 

Note: You can also remove a property guest by clicking the Remove Property Guest button found under the Edit tab.



Adding a fob for a property guest

A fob can only be added for a property guest after their information has been created and saved. 


  1. While still logged into your LittleBird web portal, locate the Property Guests item within the Property dropdown menu and click to reveal the list of all current property guests.

  2. Locate the guest you wish to add a fob for and click the More Options (...) button within their information panel.

  3. Click the Edit (pencil) icon. This will open the property guest form field and allow you to make alterations to the guest’s credentials.

  4. Scroll down to the Credentials section and click Add Credential

  5. Select the appropriate credential type (Default is Standard TS Credential) and then input the credential serial number in the Code field. Add a note if necessary.

  6. Click the Save Property Guest button to save any changes you have made. 

Note: If you no longer wish to make changes, simply click Cancel.
