How to Configure Amenity and Event Payment Settings

If your community uses LittleBird Smart Community features, you can view event and amenity payment settings in the LittleBird web portal. LittleBird offers payment transactions through Stripe Payments, a trusted and secure payment processing platform. 

Locate the Settings page

  1. Log into the Littlebird web portal on your designated desktop device. 

  2. Browse to the Settings (gear) icon in the navigation column.

  3. Click the Expand (v) icon to reveal the Community Settings item within the drop-down.

  4. Click the Community Settings item to open the property’s details. At the bottom of the page is a section with information about connecting a Stripe account.

Connect to Stripe Payments 

  1. Click the Connect with Stripe button in the Community Settings page. This will then take you to Stripe Connect.

  2. Create an account or connect your current Stripe account on this screen and follow any further instructions given to you by Stripe Payments.
