If your community uses LittleBird Smart Community features, you can view event and amenity payment settings in the LittleBird web portal. LittleBird offers payment transactions through Stripe Payments, a trusted and secure payment processing platform.
Locate the Settings page
Log into the Littlebird web portal on your designated desktop device.
Browse to the Settings (gear) icon in the navigation column.
Click the Expand (v) icon to reveal the Payment item within the dropdown.
Click the Payment item to open the Account Details calculator. This will display the Amount Due, Amount Settled, and Total Earnings from the property and is directly linked to Stripe Payments.
Note: If you are not connected to Stripe Payments, this function will remain disabled and will display a default total of $0.00 in each category.
Connect to Stripe Payments
Click the Connect with Stripe button in the Account Details calculator. This will then take you to Stripe Connect.
Create an account or connect your current Stripe account on this screen and follow any further instructions given to you by Stripe Payments.
