In your LittleBird web portal, you can organize and manage your property units through the building groups page.

Locate the unit groups page

  1. Log into the LittleBird web portal on your desktop device. 

  2. Browse to the Settings (gear) icon in the navigation column and click to reveal the dropdown menu.

  3. Locate the Unit Groups item within the drop-down menu and click to reveal your current unit groups.


Add new unit groups

  1. Locate the Add Group button on the Groups page and click to open the Group Name text field. 

  2. Type your desired unit group name into the Group Name text box. 

  3. Click the Save button to add your new unit group to your current list.

Note: If you no longer wish to add this group, click the Cancel button.


Edit an existing group

  1. On the Groups page, locate the group you would like to edit. 

  2. Locate the More Options (...) icon located at the end of each panel and click to reveal the options available for a specific group.

  3. Click the Edit (pencil) icon to reveal the confirmation prompt.

  4. Type your new group name into the name text box.

  5. To save your new group name, click the Update button. 

Note: If you no longer wish to edit your group’s name, simply click Cancel


Remove a group

  1. On the Groups page, locate the group you would like to remove.

  2. Locate the More Options (...) icon located at the end of each panel and click to reveal the options available for a specific group.

  3. Click the Remove (trash can) icon to reveal the confirmation prompt.

  4. Answer Yes when asked “Are you sure you want to delete this group? to complete the removal process.
