Add, remove, and edit your community’s available amenities with ease through the LittleBird web portal.

Locate the amenities page

  1. Log into the LittleBird web portal on your desktop device. 

  2. Browse to the Community (building) icon in the navigation column and click to reveal the dropdown menu.

  3. Locate the Amenities item within the dropdown menu and click to reveal your property’s current list of available amenities.

Add new amenities

  1. Click the Add Amenity button to open the new amenity form field.

  2. Under Amenity Name, type the name you would like your residents to refer to this amenity as (hot tub, tennis court, etc).

  3. Use the Description text box to include important or attractive details about this amenity that are important for your residents to know.

  4. In the Terms and Conditions text box, include any usage restrictions as well as any legal disclaimers for this amenity.

  5. Click Save to complete the form and add the new amenity to your community’s current list. 

Note: If you no longer wish to add the amenity, simply click Cancel to clear the form field.

Edit and remove amenities 

  1. Locate the current amenity you wish to edit or remove within your property’s list of available amenities.

  2. Click the More Options (...) icon on the amenity’s panel to reveal the Edit (pencil) icon and Remove (trash can) icon.

  3. To edit an amenity, click the Edit (pencil) icon to open the form field containing the amenity’s current information. 

Using any of the text boxes, edit the appropriate information in the form. To save, click the Update button. To cancel your changes, click Cancel.

  1. To remove an amenity, click the Remove (trash can) icon.

Click Yes when asked “Are you sure you want to remove this amenity? to complete the removal process. 

Note: If you no longer wish to remove the amenity, click Cancel
