How to Enable or Disable a New Unit for Self-Guided Tours

Any vacant unit is eligible for Self-Guided Tours. 

Once a unit becomes vacant, you can quickly and easily enable it for Self-Guided Tours in the LittleBird Web Portal. 

Enabling a Vacant Unit for Self-Guided Tours

To enable a unit for Self-Guided Tours:

1. Log into the LittleBird Web Portal

2. Click on desired Property (if applicable)

3. Click the expand button (v) by Units & Residents in the navigation bar on the left side of the page 

4. Click Self-Guided Tours
   

5. Click Tour Settings at the top of the page
   

6. In the select which units you want to make model units section, click on the unit(s) you wish to enable for Self-Guided Tours

7. Click Save Self-Guided Tour Settings at the bottom of the page

8. Click Yes, Change Availability in the confirmation window
   

The selected unit(s) will now be marked as Model Units and available to prospects for touring, adhering to the Access Profile and availability times previously configured for the Self-Guided Tours feature. 

Disabling a Vacant Unit for Self-Guided Tours

To disable a unit for Self-Guided Tours:

1. Log into the LittleBird Web Portal

2. Click on desired Property (if applicable)

3. Click the expand button (v) by Units & Residents in the navigation bar on the left side of the page 

4. Click Self-Guided Tours
   

5. Click Tour Settings at the top of the page
   

6. In the select which units you want to make model units section, click on the unit(s) you wish to disable for Self-Guided Tours

7. Click Remove Unit in the confirmation window
   

8. Click Save Self-Guided Tour Settings at the bottom of the page

9. Click Yes, Change Availability in the confirmation window
