If you ever need to disable Self-Guided Tours for your community, you can easily accomplish that within the LittleBird Web Portal.

Disabling Self-Guided Tours

To disable Self-Guided Tours for your community:

  1. Log into the LittleBird Web Portal

  2. Click on desired Property (if applicable)

  3. Click the expand button (v) by Units & Residents in the navigation bar on the left side of the page

  4. Click Self-Guided Tours

  5. Click Tour Settings at the top of the page

  6. Click the Enabled toggle next to Self-guided Tour Availability in the upper right-hand corner of the page

  7. Input a personal message in the text field to add to the email your scheduled prospects will receive

  8. Click Disable Tours in the confirmation window

Once disabled, prospects will no longer be able to schedule a self-guided tour at your community, and all previously approved prospects will receive an email informing them their scheduled tour is canceled.

Enabling Self-Guided Tours

Because all Self-Guided Tours are canceled/rejected when the feature is disabled, all Pending and Scheduled Tours will no longer be found in their respective sections when the feature is re-enabled.

You will now find those tours in the Rejected Tours section.

If you would like to go back and approve a Self-Guided Tour for one of the canceled prospects, check out Granting Access From Rejected Self-Guided Tour section of our How to Revoke Access From a Scheduled Self-Guided Tour article for detailed instructions.
