Add Property Staff

  1. Under the Property navigation, select the “Property Managers” option between “Settings” and “Groups”

  2. Select “Add Property Manager”

  3. Enter the Property Manager’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. These are the only three required fields to add a Property Manager.

    1. This will be the Person’s user account email address. They can change this later. 

    2. If their invitation link expires, you can select the `...` menu to Resend Invite. If this option is gone, it means the person has accepted the invite and should select “Forgot Password” on the login to update their password and login.
