Unit Groups are used in features like Messages, Mail Delivery, and more in the future. They allow properties to group units with a tag-like function. For example, a manager could create a group for all Units in Building B called “Building B.” If property staff ever need to send a message to just residents of Building B, they can send a message to just the unit in that group through the messages interface. Units can be a part of multiple groups.
