Regional Property Manager

This role can view and have access to all the information in their Manager Portals.



Property Manager

This role can view and have access to all the information in the Manager Portal.

 


Leasing Agent 

This role can view and edit almost everything in the portal except items related to access control and devices. 



Maintenance Staff

This role can only view and edit information related to a maintenance staff member. This role cannot view anything under Smart Community. This person can view items related to Battery StatusSmart Access Information, and can only see the Maintenance Page in Settings



Channel Partner

This role can only view and edit information related to Devices and Smart Access. This role cannot view anything under Smart Community. This person can view items related to Battery Status, all Smart Access Information, and can only see Portal UsersResident FeaturesMail Hubs, and Devices under Settings.
