Maintenance lets the Residents submit a maintenance request or contact key maintenance phone numbers. This feature can be enabled or disabled in the Property Settings area. If enabled, it won’t appear until there is a phone number or email address on this screen.


Maintenance Form

Most existing property maintenance ticket systems allow tickets to be submitted by email. By adding that email here, Residents can submit a maintenance form. From the resident, we collect the Location, Description, and Access Instructions. The email will also contain the Resident name, Unit #, and timestamp of the form.
