Maintenance lets residents submit a maintenance request or contact key maintenance phone numbers. This feature can be enabled or disabled in the Property Settings area. If enabled, it won’t appear until there is a phone number or email address on this screen.
Most existing property maintenance ticket systems allow tickets to be submitted by email. By adding that email here, residents can submit a maintenance request. From the resident, we collect the Location, Description, and Access Instructions. The email will also contain the resident's name, unit number, and time stamp of the request.
Maintenance Phone Numbers
Phone numbers can be set up with or without a form. Enter in the phone numbers, secondary phone label, and any instructions for the Maintenance Phone Numbers.
